We accept returns on items purchased directly from our website https://caretopis.xyz/ within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items (items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges

6. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Original Shipping: Shipping costs for your initial order are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Cancellation Policy
